Our approach

Buying a machine is the start of the relationship. Every system we supply is backed by on-the-ground support in the UK from experienced additive manufacturing engineers who have worked with the leading platforms in the industry.

For remote and specialist technical support, Kings 3D’s own engineering team in Shenzhen is available directly, with English-speaking engineers on staff. This gives you two layers of support: local, hands-on expertise for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, and direct access to the manufacturer for everything else.

Service and support plans are tailored to each installation and agreed at point of purchase. Whether you need installation support, operator training, preventive maintenance, or ongoing technical cover, we’ll put together an arrangement that fits how you intend to use the machine.
