Large-Format 3D Printing

Industrial pellet extrusion systems for printing large-scale polymer and composite parts using standard plastic granules. Standard systems from 800 to 1,800 mm, with larger configurations available.

Materials

Kings FGF systems use standard industrial pellets rather than specialist filament. The screw extruder handles everything from common polymers to fibre-reinforced engineering composites, and the material is available from any pellet supplier – there's no proprietary lock-in.

An optional high-temperature screw package (450°C) extends compatibility to advanced engineering polymers such as PEI (Ultem) and polycarbonate.

CategoryMaterials
Standard polymersABS, PLA, PETG, Polypropylene (PP), HDPE, ASA
ElastomersTPU, TPV, EVA
Engineering polymersPolyamide (Nylon), Polycarbonate (PC), PEI (Ultem)*
Fibre-reinforced compositesGlass fibre and carbon fibre loaded variants (e.g. PETG+GF, PA+CF)

*Requires optional 450°C screw heating package.

For specialist mould and tooling applications, larger Kings FGF systems are available with build areas up to 3,500 x 2,400 mm – including hybrid additive-subtractive configurations. Contact us to discuss
